In February 2012, I began performing Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports as an independent consultant, working primarily with Marc Cunningham of AllWest Environmental in San Francisco and R.D. McDonnell Architects in Whittier. Over the past 14 years, I have completed more than 320 PCAs for projects throughout California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, and Washington, with the majority of those assessments conducted for AllWest Environmental in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Throughout that time, I also completed PCA reports independently under my own business. When Marc Cunningham retired in February 2026 and AllWest Environmental ceased operations, I transitioned my full focus to providing Property Condition Assessment services under my own name. Today, I continue to deliver the same thorough, objective evaluations and dependable service that clients have relied on for more than a decade.
