For larger and more complex buildings, we will typically retain multiple sub-consultants to provide more detailed opinions about building systems and components—such as curtain walls, exterior cladding, waterproofing systems, vertical transportation systems, and more elaborate MEP and FLS equipment—which often require more closely focused evaluations.
